Makes 10 Portions –
1/4 cup Almond Meal
1 cup Pitted Dates
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Hemp Protein Powder
1 tsp Peppermint Extract
2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut (plus extra for coating)
Method
- Add dates into a blender and mix until they are chopped finely
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients together and stir with a wooden spoon until combined
- Add water to mixture if too dry
- Roll the mixture into balls and coat with coconut
- Place the protein balls into the fridge to set, will keep refrigerated for up to 5 days
